Orders & Payments

1. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our shop, add your chosen items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment has been successfully processed.

We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.


3. Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to amend or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.


4. I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

If you still cannot find it, contact us and we will confirm your order status.

We ship within the United Kingdom.
If international shipping becomes available, it will be clearly indicated at checkout.

7. How much does shipping cost?

8. What happens if my order is delayed?

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or high demand.

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

We prioritise incense products that use plant-based ingredients and established manufacturing standards.

13. Do you sell products linked to illegal wildlife trade?

No.

Alchemy Wares operates a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding illegal wildlife trade.

We do not sell:

  • Animal-derived incense materials
  • Wildlife musk
  • Endangered wood species
  • Ivory, bone, horn, or shell products
  • Products sourced from suppliers connected to wildlife exploitation

Ethical sourcing is fundamental to our business.


14. Are your products ethically sourced?

We aim to work with suppliers who:

  • Operate legally
  • Avoid endangered species
  • Demonstrate responsible sourcing practices
  • Avoid exploitative labour practices

While global supply chains are complex, we conduct reasonable due diligence before onboarding suppliers.


15. Are your crystals ethically sourced?

We work with established wholesalers and aim to avoid suppliers linked to unsafe labour or unethical extraction practices.

We do not knowingly source from conflict or illegal operations.


16. Do your products contain animal ingredients?

We do not knowingly sell products that contain animal-derived incense materials or wildlife-based ritual components.

If you have specific ingredient concerns, please contact us before purchasing.


Safety & Usage

17. Are incense and oils safe to use?

All incense and oils should be used responsibly:

  • Burn incense in a well-ventilated area
  • Never leave burning incense unattended
  • Keep away from children and pets
  • Follow all safety instructions provided

Essential oils should be used in accordance with guidance and not ingested unless explicitly labelled for safe internal use (most are not).


18. Do you provide medical advice?

No.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

No. You may check out as a guest.

Creating an account allows you to:
