  • Free Delivery — Orders over £50 (2–3 working days)

  • Standard Delivery (Tracked 48/24) — £3.60 (2–4 working days)

  • Tracked Next Working Day Delivery — £5.75
    Order before 12 noon Mon–Fri for next-day dispatch

  • Ireland & UK Offshore — £6.99

🌍 International Delivery

  • Europe (Tracked) — £7.20 (4–6 working days*)

  • North America — £7.90 (4–12 working days*)

  • Standard Rest of World — £10.00 (5–14 working days*)

  • Express Worldwide — £18.00 (4–12 working days*)

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

🚨 Important Delivery Notes

  • We dispatch most orders within 1 working day.

  • Double-check your shipping details — we can’t amend addresses once an order has shipped.

  • Customs & import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Check with your local customs office before placing an order.

  • Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in extra redelivery fees.

📬 Missed Deliveries

If you’re not home when your parcel arrives, Royal Mail may leave a card with redelivery or collection instructions. If unclaimed, the parcel will be returned to us, and a refund will be issued excluding shipping costs.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If you receive the wrong item or your product is damaged (excluding packaging), contact us within 48 hours at support@alchemywares.com with photos. Claims outside this time cannot be accepted.

📭 Lost or Delayed Parcels

We will send replacements for lost parcels only after the following timeframes:

  • 5 working days (UK Special Delivery)

  • 10 working days (UK Standard Delivery)

  • 20 working days (Europe)

  • 25 working days (International)
